Technical Representative
PURPOSE:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Chef with strong expertise in traditional Indian and Pakistani breads such as naan, chapati, paratha, kulcha, and tandoor roti. This is a field-oriented role requiring hands-on technical support, product testing, and close engagement with customers to promote and optimize the company’s flour portfolio. The ideal candidate will work closely with bakeries, restaurants, and food service clients to demonstrate product applications, conduct trials, troubleshoot baking challenges, and provide technical guidance to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
Collection Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect Cheques from the customers and submit to finance department for data entry
- Analyze credit outstanding in the marketplace and weigh the same against approved Credit period by customer.
- Achieve DSO target.
- Update management on risks for Bad Debt with ongoing study of the marketing conditions and continuous vigilance of company exposure.
- In case of Legal action to be taken against defaulting party, liaise with concerned authorities within the organization.
- Prepare and submit collection reports to Sales Manager.

- اجمع الشيكات من العملاء وقدمها إلى قسم المالية لإدخال البيانات.
- قم بتحليل الرصيد الائتماني القائم في السوق وقارنه بفترة الائتمان المعتمدة من قبل العميل.
- تحقيق هدف DSO.
- تحديث الإدارة بشأن مخاطر الديون المعدومة من خلال دراسة مستمرة لظروف السوق ومراقبة مستمرة لمدى تعرض الشركة للمخاطر.
- في حالة اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية ضد الطرف المخالف، يجب التواصل مع السلطات المعنية داخل المنظمة.
- قم بإعداد وتقديم تقارير التحصيل إلى مدير المبيعات.
