Sr. Quality Assurance Executive
Job Responsibilities
- • Support the QA manager to ensure that all quality procedures are implemented, maintained, and complied with the Alghanim F&B brands standard as well as the international requirements.
- • Auditing Alghanim F&B stores in different markets based on Alghanim Food Safety Checklist and auditing plans.
- • Auditing Alghanim F&B suppliers in different markets based on yearly calendar.
- • Conducting continuous quality monitoring on products, keeping records and taking necessary actions.
- • Support the operation team with the quality assurance requirements and training on any of the new QA standards.
- • Keeping & ensuring all QA records are available and well organized.

Job Summary
- To utilize knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy’s food safety, safety and security and employee policies and procedures; the crew member position is responsible for providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer.
Job Responsibilities
Order-taker/Dining Room
- This person is around the dining room customers during their entire visit.The first responsibility of the order taker / dining room position is taking the orders of customers in the serpentine when four or more customers are in line
Kitchen
- Daily restaurant opening preparations – use of knives and cutting equipment
- To prepare food as per customer orders
- Detail cleaning during low volume period
- Daily restaurant closing
Runner / Line Coordinator
- These positions are responsible for seeing that all orders, whether for the Dining Room or Pick up Window are assembled correctly within the stated time goals for the specific restaurant.On the front service line, the line coordinator/runner must be able to:
- Assist the register operator with filling orders
- Must know proper serving and bagging procedures and be able to ball all “to go orders”
- Thank each customer as they receive their completed order
- Make sure each bagged order is complete, with the receipt placed in the bag after the order is completed
- Keep bagged orders separated at the window to prevent the wrong order from going out the window

- للاستفادة من المعرفة بالمهارات الوظيفية، وخدمة العملاء واللباقة، ولوائح الصحة والسلامة، وجميع سياسات وإجراءات ويندي المتعلقة بسلامة الأغذية والسلامة والأمن والموظفين؛ فإن وظيفة عضو الطاقم مسؤولة عن تقديم منتجات وخدمات عالية الجودة في بيئة نظيفة وآمنة لكل عميل.
المسؤوليات الوظيفية
موظف استقبال الطلبات / غرفة الطعام
- يتواجد هذا الشخص بين زبائن قاعة الطعام طوال فترة زيارتهم. وتتمثل المسؤولية الأولى لموظف استقبال الطلبات/موظف قاعة الطعام في أخذ طلبات الزبائن في الطابور المتعرج عندما يكون هناك أربعة زبائن أو أكثر في الصف.
مطبخ
- الاستعدادات اليومية لافتتاح المطعم – استخدام السكاكين ومعدات التقطيع
- إعداد الطعام حسب طلبات العملاء
- تنظيف دقيق خلال فترة انخفاض حجم العمل
- إغلاق المطعم يومياً
عداء / منسق خط
- تتضمن هذه الوظائف مسؤولية التأكد من تجهيز جميع الطلبات، سواءً كانت لقاعة الطعام أو نافذة الاستلام، بشكل صحيح ضمن الأطر الزمنية المحددة لكل مطعم. في خط خدمة العملاء، يجب أن يكون منسق/مساعد الخط قادراً على:
- مساعدة موظف الصندوق في تعبئة الطلبات
- يجب أن يكون على دراية بإجراءات التقديم والتعبئة الصحيحة وأن يكون قادراً على تغليف جميع طلبات "الطلبات الخارجية".
- نشكر كل عميل عند استلامه طلبه المكتمل
- تأكد من اكتمال كل طلب معبأ في كيس، مع وضع الإيصال في الكيس بعد اكتمال الطلب.
- يرجى فصل الطلبات المعبأة في أكياس عند النافذة لمنع خروج الطلب الخاطئ منها.
