Essential Job Roles:
- Comply with staffing schedules and break allowances
- Provide customers with accurate information at all times
- Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience possible, minimizing customer wait/ hold time
- Create complaint tickets correctly, in adherence with policies and procedures
- Update the database with the most recent customer information
- Handle stressed, angry and confused customers in the most positive way possible
- Escalate cases that require intervention by Shift in Charge or Call Center Manager.
Cashier

- Overall 1+ years of experience

Labourer
Job Responsibilities
- Pick up/deliver the items from/to reception.
- Keep the log of products received & delivered to/from reception.
- Carry the goods from/to car/truck as per driver instructions.
- Clean the repaired/up-repaired items before delivering to reception warehouse.
- Take-care the products while loading & un-loading from trolley, for not causing any physical damage & scratches.
- To be always in uniform and good hygiene when on duty.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in premium consumer electronics or home appliances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.

- مهارات تواصل ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
- يتمتع بتوجه قوي نحو خدمة العملاء مع القدرة على فهم احتياجات العملاء والاستجابة لها.
- يتمتع بدافعية عالية، ويسعى لتحقيق أهدافه، ولديه حماس كبير للتكنولوجيا.
- القدرة على العمل لساعات مرنة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
- الخبرة السابقة مع علامة دايسون التجارية أو في علامة تجارية مماثلة فاخرة/تقنية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- ثنائي اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية).
