Exterior Design Visualizer & Detailer
Exterior Designer Responsibilities & Duties:
- Leading and participating in the design process from conception to completion.
- Collaborating with project teams to develop creative solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Creating 2D and 3D design presentations, detail drawings, including sketches, renderings, and computer-generated images.
- Conducting research to stay current with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Communicating design ideas and details effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
Exterior Designer Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in design software.
- Experience with sustainable design practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exterior design projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
Site Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Regular visits to the project site to follow up on the progress and to ensure that the execution is in accordance with the rules.
- Preparing and following the project schedules
- Project drawings coordination and match them, and ensure their integrity and approval by the project owner
- Reviewing and coordinating all drawings (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation and coordinating to make the necessary amendments to match the site.
Draftsman (Revit Specialist)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings for plans ( electrical, wet area, ceiling, lighting) and exterior.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the design team on drawings.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.

مصمم ومطور تفاصيل التصميم الخارجي
مسؤوليات وواجبات مصمم الواجهات الخارجية:
- قيادة عملية التصميم والمشاركة فيها من الفكرة إلى التنفيذ.
- التعاون مع فرق المشاريع لتطوير حلول إبداعية تلبي احتياجات العملاء وتتجاوز توقعاتهم.
- إنشاء عروض تصميم ثنائية وثلاثية الأبعاد، ورسومات تفصيلية، بما في ذلك الرسومات التخطيطية، والعروض التوضيحية، والصور المولدة بواسطة الكمبيوتر.
- إجراء البحوث لمواكبة أحدث اتجاهات التصميم والتقنيات.
- التواصل الفعال بشأن أفكار التصميم وتفاصيله مع العملاء والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
- ضمان إنجاز جميع المشاريع في الوقت المحدد، وفي حدود الميزانية، وبأعلى معايير الجودة.

- خبرة في العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- قدرات إبداعية في حل المشكلات.
مهندس موقع
الواجبات والمسؤوليات:
- زيارات منتظمة لموقع المشروع لمتابعة التقدم المحرز والتأكد من أن التنفيذ يتم وفقاً للقواعد.
- إعداد ومتابعة جداول المشروع
- تنسيق رسومات المشروع ومطابقتها، وضمان سلامتها وموافقة مالك المشروع عليها.
- مراجعة وتنسيق جميع الرسومات (الكهرباء، والسباكة، وتكييف الهواء، والتهوية) والتنسيق لإجراء التعديلات اللازمة لتتناسب مع الموقع.
رسام هندسي (متخصص في برنامج Revit)
المسؤوليات:
- قم بإعداد رسومات تفصيلية للمخططات (الكهرباء، منطقة المياه، السقف، الإضاءة) والخارجية.
- التنسيق والتعاون مع فريق التصميم بشأن الرسومات.
- ضمان الدقة والامتثال لمعايير المشروع.
