Senior Internal Auditor
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation for the new audit assignments by examining previous audit reports, relevant data, surveying functions in the assign areas to identify risk areas and to determine nature of operations and adequacy of system of control.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and completeness of controls through basic audit programs.
- Discuss audit findings with the audit supervisor and seek supporting evidentiary matter to back up audit findings.
- Make preliminary recommendations to counter flaws in the control system.
- Create and execute risk-based audit programs as assigned.
- Determine compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and monitor the implementation of the planned and surprise counts of stock, cash and WIP.
- Prepare written reports on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system if requested.
- Evaluate adequacy of the corrective action to improve deficient conditions.
- Participate in special audit assignments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor degree in Commerce/ Accounting or equivalent with 5 years of experience.
- Linguistic Abilities: English is a must.

المسؤوليات:
- إعداد الوثائق الخاصة بمهام التدقيق الجديدة من خلال فحص تقارير التدقيق السابقة والبيانات ذات الصلة، ومسح الوظائف في المناطق المخصصة لتحديد مجالات المخاطر وتحديد طبيعة العمليات ومدى كفاية نظام الرقابة.
- تقييم فعالية واكتمال الضوابط من خلال برامج التدقيق الأساسية.
- ناقش نتائج التدقيق مع مشرف التدقيق واطلب أدلة داعمة لتأكيد نتائج التدقيق.
- تقديم توصيات أولية لمعالجة العيوب في نظام التحكم.
- إنشاء وتنفيذ برامج تدقيق قائمة على المخاطر حسب التكليف.
- تحديد مدى الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها وسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
- إعداد ومراقبة تنفيذ عمليات الجرد المخطط لها والمفاجئة للمخزون والنقد والمنتجات قيد التصنيع.
- إعداد تقارير مكتوبة عن مدى كفاية وفعالية النظام عند الطلب.
- تقييم مدى كفاية الإجراءات التصحيحية لتحسين الأوضاع غير الكافية.
- المشاركة في مهام التدقيق الخاصة.
الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات:
- المؤهلات التعليمية والخبرة: درجة البكالوريوس في التجارة / المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها مع 5 سنوات من الخبرة.
- القدرات اللغوية: إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية شرط أساسي.
